How to Make the Crossbeam Reports Folder Visible
The Reports folder in Salesforce initially defaults to private, meaning only a Salesforce Admin will initially have access to this folder.
To make the Crossbeam Reports folder visible, a Salesforce Admin must complete the following steps to share it with the appropriate users, roles, or groups.
In Salesforce, navigate to the Reports tab and select All Folders
Locate the Crossbeam Reports folder and click the Dropdown arrow at the end of the row to display the menu options
Select Share from the options
In the Share Folder modal:
Under the Share With section click the dropdown arrow and select Users, Roles, and/or Public Groups
Under the Who Can Access section confirm the selected Users, Roles and/or Public Groups are displayed with View Access

To access Crossbeam Reports:
Go to Reports in Salesforce
Select All Folders
Find and open Crossbeam Reports to view available reports
Click the Done button.
