Ecosystem Insights Dashboard Overview

The Ecosystem Insights Dashboard accelerates your sales pipeline with revenue-oriented reports that provide a comprehensive view of all open opportunities with partner customer overlap. By leveraging these insights, you can:

  • Enhance Pipeline Acceleration: View detailed reports displaying all open opportunities where there is a partner customer overlap, allowing you to focus on high-potential prospects and drive revenue growth

  • Identify New Opportunities: Utilize report templates that highlights all prospects with partner customer overlap, making it easier to identify and pursue new business opportunities


What is the Ecosystem Insights Dashboard

From the left-side Navigation Menu, click on the Measure icon. Select Ecosystem from the panel options to open the Ecosystem Insights Dashboard workspace.

This Quarter

Located in this section is a top-line summary of all closed opportunities with your partners and without partner customer overlaps, based on your company's fiscal year and CRM settings. See Fiscal Year Settings and Required Data Fields below to configure these settings.

Signals Definitions

  • Total Revenue: all your closed won opportunities with partner overlap, based on the specific configuration of your organization's CRM (default amount field)

  • Win Rate: is calculated by dividing the number of closed-won opportunities by the total of closed-won and closed-lost opportunities with partner overlap, showing the success rate of opportunities

  • Opportunity Size: the total value of closed-won opportunities, divided by the total number of closed-won opportunities with partner overlap

  • Time to Close: the difference in time between the open date and the closed date for each closed-won opportunity with partner overlap. Crossbeam then calculates the average of these time differences across all closed-won opportunities.

Partner Impact data is located within throughout the Crossbeam platform as a visual recommendation or value, reflecting performance improvement based on partner metrics.

Required Data Fields

To see Ecosystem Insights, you must be sharing at least 10 Population overlap counts and/or Sharing Data and have a CRM connected. Additionally, the following fields need to be synced:

Deal Stage

Deal Name

Deal Amount

Close Date

Open Date

Is Won

Is Closed

Different CRMs may have different names for these required fields, adjust as needed.


Fiscal Year Settings

To adjust the fiscal year:

  • Hover over This Quarter button, and click Go to General Settings

  • Under General Settings, click the dropdown box under What is your fiscal year

  • Adjust the calendar range as needed

To review data sync setting, navigate to the Data icon, find your Data Source, and review the data settings.


Accelerated Open Pipeline and Generate Pipeline Reports

Click the View Opportunities button under Accelerate Open Pipeline to see:

  • Revenue oriented reports displaying all open opportunities with partner customer overlap

Click the View Prospects button to under Generated Pipeline to see:

  • a report template highlighting all prospects with partner customer overlap


Current Pipeline Breakdown

In this section, review all open opportunities categorized by sales stage.

Click on the Report icon to generate a report from this view and identify the most impactful partner for each sales stage opportunity.


All Closed-Won Opportunities Summary

Track partner attribution with a comprehensive summary of all opportunities won, with Partner Impact or not.

Analyze total revenue, attributed revenue & unattributed revenue to assess the efficiency of your partner program.
