  • In the next screen, select Single Object as the report type

  • in the search bar, type Crossbeam and select Crossbeam Overlaps

  • Click the Next button

Set your Date Range

The report defaults to This quarter so far. Click on This quarter so far to open additional options, and select All data to view your full dataset.

Add properties to the Report

By default, the report includes your partners and the Populations properties.

To add more Crossbeam properties:

Add Filters to the Report

  • Click Advanced filters in the report view

  • Select filters such as Populations and Partner Populations to define your overlaps

  • Edit the filter value in the Add Values field

    • Continue to add filters as needed

  • Close the side draw by clicking on the X in the top corner

โœ๏ธ Note

Filter values must be exact matches. Copy and paste Population names directly from the report for best results.

Add Visualization to the Report

After you close the filters, click the Next button to add Visualization to the report. Choose a chart type to display your data.
