Report Notifications

✍️ Note

Report Notifications are available on the Connector Plan and Supernode Plan. To upgrade your account, visit the Plan & Billing page.

Set up Notifications on your Reports within Crossbeam to receive updates when new overlaps occur.

Notifications to specific Slack channels can be configured per Report by setting up Report Notifications. Click the bell next to your Report to add a channel!

✍️ Note

You can send notifications to public or private channels (including Slack Connect channels), or route them directly to sales reps with Slack Mentions.

In order to receive notifications in a private channel, you must invite the Crossbeam app into the private channel first. This applies to Slack Connect channels as well.

To mention your sales reps in report notifications for public or private Slack channels, make sure to include the following:

  • Account Owner Email and Account Owner Name data in your Population(s)

  • Account Owner Name and Account Owner Email are configured as columns in your report

✍️ Note

If the Account Owner isn't in the Slack or Slack Connect channel, they won't get alerted, but they'll still get mentioned, so other members in the channel can easily add them.

If you include the Account Owner Name in your reports and populations, but not the Account Owner Email, the notification will only display the Account Owner's name.
