Greenfield accounts provide visibility into accounts currently absent from your ecosystem. With Greenfield accounts you can unlock crucial new leads to target, break into new regions, gather details on tier, health score, revenue, and more to enhance co-selling and integrations opportunities.

Setting Up Greenfield Sharing

Greenfield Sharing is available on the Connector Plan and Supernode Plan.
The Explorer Plan is only able to share Greenfield data with their Partners and will be unable to create Greenfield Reports.
To upgrade your account, visit the Plan & Billing page.

Greenfield sharing is only available if Sharing Defaults are set to Sharing Data for the selected Population and/or the selected per-partner Partner level.
Greenfield Sharing Defaults for a Partner
Greenfield accounts can be shared by making adjustments in the Sharing Defaults for Populations or at the pre-partner level.
Click the Partner icon on the menu
Choose a partner from the table, click on the partner name to open the Partner Detail Page
At the top of the Partner Detail Page, click on Sharing Settings to display all the Populations you are sharing with your partner and the current Sharing Defaults
Click on the Sharing Setting edit pencil icon in the population row
Select Sharing Data from the three options
Now, you can check the box to opt in to sharing Greenfield accounts in this Population with the selected partner
Under sharing data field options, selected fields will share both overlapping and non-overlapping accounts
Click Next
Click Save to close and continue
Back on the Partner Detail Page, the partner will now display a Green leaf next to the name when Greenfield data is being shared.
Click the Shared with You tab to see what Greenfield data your partner is sharing with you, as denoted by the green leaf next to the Population.
Greenfield Sharing Defaults for Populations
To share Greenfield data for a Population:
Click on the Data icon and select Populations from the side panel
Locate the Sharing Default displayed in the Population row
Click on the pencil icon next to the current sharing default option to open the sharing default modal
Select Sharing Data from the three sharing options
once you select Sharing Data, you will be able to check the box to opt in to sharing Greenfield accounts in this Population
Under sharing data field options, selected fields will share both overlapping and non-overlapping accounts
Click Next
Click Save to return to the Population Workspace.
The Population name will now display a Green leaf when Greenfield data is being shared.
Once you have established Greenfield sharing settings, you are ready to move forward with Greenfield Account Mapping.
