Overview
Net New Accounts is a feature within Pipeline Generation that surfaces partner customers that don't exist in any of your Populations AND aren't already in your CRM. Instead of manually cross-referencing partner data, you get a consolidated, filterable view of true Greenfield pipeline across all your partners in one place.
This article covers how to view Net New Accounts in one place.
Additionally, enterprise customers can learn how to configure the Net New Accounts webhook to push these leads automatically into your connected systems every time a deal is closed-won by their partner on an account that isn’t in their CRM.

What is Pipeline Generation?
Pipeline Generation surfaces three categories of accounts.
Prospects in Your Populations: accounts that are your prospects and are customers of at least one partner
Not in any Population (Greenfield): accounts not included in any of your existing Populations that are customers of at least one partner
Net New Accounts: accounts that do not exist in your CRM at all and are customers of at least one partner
Net New Accounts represent the highest-value Greenfield leads in your ecosystem: companies your partners are already selling to that your team hasn't claimed yet—not in your CRM, not in your pipeline, and not on your radar.

Requirements
Before Net New Accounts will populate, the following must be in place:
At least one connected partner must have Greenfield sharing (All Accounts) enabled in their sharing settings
Webhook setup (Enterprise only)—requires an active webhook integration with a destination system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or any connected tool)
View Net New Accounts in Pipeline Generation
Step 1: Open Pipeline Generation
In Crossbeam, navigate to Pipeline Generation from the left-hand navigation. The account list loads with all partner-overlapping accounts visible by default.
Step 2: Filter to See Your Prospects or Greenfield Accounts
Use the Filter button to narrow the list:
Filter by My Populations > Prospects to see accounts that are your prospects and customers of at least one partner
Filter by Not in My Populations to see Greenfield accounts—companies not in any of your existing Populations
Step 3: Toggle to Net New Accounts
Click the Net New Accounts toggle at the top of the Pipeline Generation list to filter the view to only accounts that are not in your CRM at all.
Step 4: Act on Net New Accounts
From the Net New Accounts list, you can take the following actions:
Export: Use the export functionality to pull the full list and route records to the appropriate rep or BDR
(Enterprise only) Webhook: Push accounts automatically into your CRM or sales tools the moment they appear; see setup instructions below
✍️ Note
Add to CRM functionality is not yet available for accounts that don't already exist in your CRM. To get these records out of Crossbeam, use the export functionality.
