Introduction
This release introduces updates across partner activation, collaboration, and pipeline generation. New features include Dynamic Shared Lists for real-time external collaboration, Net New Accounts in Pipeline Generation to surface untouched partner-sourced leads, Partner Account CRM Integration to connect overlap data directly to Salesforce Partner Account records, and Partner Score to help teams prioritize partners with a data-backed signal. This release also includes Lists and Navigation improvements, Sharing Hub updates, and the Partner Tracker in private beta.
New Features and Improvements
Dynamic Shared Lists (Connector, Supernode & Enterprise plans. Free plan users can view and contribute to Lists shared with them)
Description: Share a filter-based, live account list with external partners directly from Crossbeam. Both sides see the same up-to-date accounts, control column visibility, and collaborate using Notes. Accounts update automatically as they match filter criteria, and filters lock at the time of sharing.
Benefit: Co-sell motions move out of spreadsheets into a shared, live workspace where neither side is ever working from stale data.
Net New Accounts in Pipeline Generation (Connector & Supernode: Net New Accounts view; Enterprise: Includes webhook functionality.)
Description: Pipeline Generation now surfaces partner customers that don't exist in your CRM—true net-new leads in one consolidated, filterable view. Enterprise customers can also set up a webhook to automatically route these accounts into Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or any connected system the moment they appear.
Benefit: Get a warm, partner-validated list of untouched accounts—a higher-quality signal than third-party intent data—with the option to automate routing directly into your sales tools.
Partner Account CRM Integration (Connector, Supernode & Enterprise plans; Salesforce only)
Description: Creates a direct 1:1 link between each Crossbeam partner and their corresponding Partner Account record in Salesforce. Every Ecosystem Overlap record gains a Partner Account lookup.
Benefit: Overlap data and partner context live in the same Salesforce report for the first time—giving partnership teams, RevOps, and channel teams one reliable view of ecosystem data alongside their existing CRM workflows.
Partner Score (Connector, Supernode & Enterprise plans)
Description: A unified signal for how likely your org is to succeed with a given partner. Combines Coverage Percentage (overlap with your account universe) and Partner Impact (win rate, deal size, and time to close on overlapping accounts) into a single label: High, Medium, Low, None, or Unknown. Signals surface across the Partner List, Partner Detail Page, Account Mapping List, Deal Navigator, Generate Pipeline, Copilot, and Performance Dashboard.
Benefit: Prioritize partner investments with a data-backed signal and give sellers a clear answer to “Which partner should I loop in?” directly where they work.
Sharing Hub Improvements (All plans)
Description: The Sharing Hub now consolidates data sharing settings for Populations and Partners in one central location.
Benefit: Admins can review and adjust sharing configurations at scale without navigating across multiple settings pages.
Lists and Navigation Improvements (All plans)
Description: Targeted improvements to the Lists experience, including OR filtering logic between segments, filtering on specific Populations under “My Population,” a “Select all” option for partners in filters, bulk List sharing, Notes column sorting by recency, and a Help Center / Academy entry point in navigation. Show only actively used data sources in the multi-CRM filter dropdown.
Benefit: Addresses the most common friction points—faster to filter, organize, and share Lists at scale.
Partner Tracker (Private Beta—available by request from your ASM)
Description: Track and manage a wish list of target partners in Crossbeam, with the ability to bulk import and invite partners.
Benefit: Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of prospective partners without manual tracking outside of Crossbeam.
