How to Get Started
In your Clay workspace, navigate to Create New
Select the Crossbeam Source action
Within the Crossbeam Source action, Click Add Account
You will be redirected to the Crossbeam authentication page to authorize access from Clay
Authenticate your Crossbeam account within Clay to allow it as a source within Clay tables
Import your Crossbeam data into your Clay tables
Select your organization, partner, and relevant Populations
Set overlap limits for imported data to return into your table
Click Continue when done.
If you are adding Crossbeam to an existing table:
In the top right corner of your Clay table, select Actions > Import
Select the Crossbeam Source action
Using Your Table
Click into the Source Cell for overlapping accounts to see additional data including partner owner, record email, and other key data points
New accounts matching your criteria will automatically be sent into the Clay table, allowing you to set up workflows that trigger whenever a new account matches your source criteria.

Do you have to authenticate Crossbeam as a source every time you create a new table?
No, you only need to authenticate Crossbeam once. After that, Crossbeam can be selected as a source in any new table without re-authentication.
Can you select multiple partners at once in a single table?
You can add multiple partners by creating a second source within the same table for each additional partner. This enables you to build tables that include data from multiple partners.
