Introduction

This release brings ecosystem data directly to where it’s needed, with seller-focused tools like messaging enhancements in Copilot, easier team communication via record export summaries, and expanded integration settings for a smoother, data-driven experience.


New Features

  • Ecosystem Intelligence (EI) updates in Copilot

    • Description: We've updated the Contacts tab in Copilot to prioritize relevant contacts. Now, we're highlighting Ecosystem Intelligence signals that identify Decision Makers and Economic Buyers from your partner ecosystem and the broader Crossbeam Network.

    • Benefit: Contacts from your partner ecosystem, marked with filled signals, appear first as they better align with your ICP. Outlined signals represent Ecosystem Intelligence from the Crossbeam Network. With new quick filters, you can easily find the exact contacts you need. We've also streamlined Account Highlights on the Account tab for quick access to key insights, keeping you focused on closing deals.

  • Message flow in Copilot

    • Description: Sellers can now initiate partner communication within Copilot or Slack (if available), eliminating the need to navigate to the Crossbeam for Sales app. Sent messages are visible with status updates.

    • Benefit: Streamlines communication, allowing faster and more seamless partner engagement.

  • Universal Integration Settings

    • Description: Enhanced integration settings provide users with more granular control, including toggling new partner and population pushes and viewing estimated record exports for transparency.

    • Benefit: Empowers users with improved data control and visibility, leading to smarter data management.

  • Summary of record exports usage

    • Description: A visual summary of data-receiving integrations, with unique records sent, is now available. Users can click “Learn More” on Populations, Integrations, Plan & Billing pages to view this summary.

    • Benefit: Provides clearer insights into data exports and population management limits, promoting better data tracking.

  • Microsoft Dynamics Custom Object

    • Description: Push a Crossbeam custom object into Microsoft Dynamics to enable overlap data for creating reports and dashboards. This feature enhances visibility into ecosystem value for leaders and sales reps.

    • Benefit: Empowers sales teams with data-rich dashboards and reports directly in Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Ready-to-use Salesforce reports

  • Description: New templates offer actionable visual insights from partner data, supporting Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success without Rev Ops support.

  • Benefit: Ready-made reports streamline data interpretation, supporting pipeline growth and deal closures.

  • Clay Integration

    • Description: Build targeted lists in Clay using Crossbeam’s partner data for automated, personalized outreach aligned with recipient needs. Account overlaps sync continuously to enable workflows whenever new matches meet criteria.

    • Benefit: Simplifies targeting, automated outreach, boosting efficiency and personalization.

  • Use Pipedrive as a data source (beta):

    • Description: Easily connect your Pipedrive CRM to Crossbeam for automated account mapping & real-time ecosystem insights

    • Benefit: Easily connect Pipedrive, share relevant data, and keep your team focused with auto-updates, actionable insights, streamlined workflows, and timely notifications on target accounts.

  • Pushing additional fields to Salesforce & Snowflake

    • Benefit: This updated allows users to push additional data fields to both Salesforce and Snowflake for more comprehensive data analysis.
