Overview

We’re rolling out a new navigation bar to support a more scalable and intuitive experience across our expanding platform.

What’s new:

  • Faster access to your most-used features: Populations, Partners, and Reports

  • Clearer categories for Ecosystem tools and Insights

  • Dedicated sections for settings, integrations, and account-level management

  • Dedicated Copilot section that brings together Get Intel, Playbooks, and more

  • Action-first paths to jump straight into lead discovery and prospecting tools

  • Simplified view that removes distractions and prioritizes what matters to sellers

    • Full Seat Users: Log in to Crossbeam and the default view is to the Partner activity

    • Sales Seat Users: Log in to Crossbeam and the default view to the Deal Navigator to star with sales-focused insights


Full Access Seat User View

If you hold a Full Access Seat, you’ll notice a more organized structure that reflects the tools and insights you use every day.

The new navigation is grouped by focus area, Ecosystem, Revenue, and Workspace. For the Full Seat user, they will start in the default to the Ecosystem section.

Ecosystem Focus Area

Home to partner-focused tools like Partner List, Sharing Dashboard, Directory (Partnerbase), Mapping, and Attribution.

Revenue Focus Area

Sales Seat User View

For users in a Sales Seat, the new navigation is tailored to reflect your daily workflow. Once logged into Crossbeam, the default view will be the Revenue section, that include Deal navigator, Performance, and Collaborate (Messages & Shared Lists)
