Introduction

For this release cycle, we have updates to help teams turn partner data into action faster and more strategically. With a refreshed navigation bar and new tools designed to surface timely insights, prioritize high fit leads, and prove ecosystem impact, it is easier than ever to turn partner data into revenue.


New Features

  • Crossbeam for Sales Updates:

    • Description: Sales Seat users are now redirected from sales.crossbeam.com to the unified Crossbeam app at app.crossbeam.com, featuring a refreshed interface and direct access to the new Deal Navigator.

    • Benefit: A streamlined and unified experience that makes it easier to discover top opportunities, collaborate with partners, and close deals faster, directly from the main Crossbeam platform.

  • Deal Navigator

    • Description: Deal Navigator surfaces top opportunities with partner overlap in a sortable table view—right inside Crossbeam or Salesforce.

    • Benefit: Close faster by focusing on high-impact deals and the partners who can help win them.

  • Performance Dashboard (Supernode plan only)

    • Description: The Performance Dashboard gives users a clear, data-driven view of how their ecosystem influences pipeline and revenue by tracking partner impact, sales engagement, and missed opportunities all in one place.

    • Benefit: With the Performance Dashboard, you can pinpoint which deals and reps are driving value through ecosystem engagement, prove ROI, and scale what’s working.

  • New Navigation Bar

    • Description: A redesigned navigation that organizes features by user focus, making it easier to find what you need.

    • Benefit: Get to the right tools faster and jump straight into high-impact workflows.

  • Partner Field Mapping (beta) (Enterprise plan only)

    • Description: You can now map custom fields shared by your partners in Crossbeam directly to Salesforce or HubSpot. This update allows you to sync unique partner data into your CRM, enriching the context available to your sales team.

    • Benefit: Gain a more complete picture of your prospects by enriching your CRM and enabling more personalized outreach, smarter targeting, and stronger win rates.

  • Generate Pipeline in Deal Navigator (beta)

    • Description: This feature within Deal Navigator helps you uncover high-potential leads by surfacing a prioritized list of top prospects.

    • Benefit: Jumpstart pipeline with warm, high-fit leads from partner data. Uncover net-new accounts, refine targeting, and accelerate conversions.

  • Crossbeam Deal Alerts (beta) (Supernode plan only)

    • Description: Deal Alerts use AI to surface timely, partner-powered insights by combining Crossbeam data with your CRM—highlighting top opportunities and why they matter now via email.

    • Benefit: AI powered alerts spotlight key deals, suggest next steps, and help sales teams act fast while keeping managers aligned and focused.
