FAQ
How do I access my messages?
Messages are now central to the new navigation.
- Find the “Messages” tab right in the main menu of app.crossbeam.com as a core feature for all sales seat users.
- Full Seat users will be able to access messages from the Collaborate section.
- You can find, filter, and respond to partner requests directly, with full message histories retained.
Am I losing any functionality in this new experience?
We’re rolling out a new and improved version of Deal Navigator—with smarter features and more to come. As part of this upgrade, the current version of Deal Navigator will be retired, and the “Lists” feature will be removed from Crossbeam for Sales.
We’ll keep improving the experience in the coming months. Starting with Generate Pipeline, a powerful new way to prospect into partner customers. And we’re actively working on enhancements that will bring back and improve the value of Lists in your new experience.
Where will I be able to manage Sales Settings?
Users with a Full seat or a Sales Managers seat can now manage all sales settings from the Sales Settings tab in Settings.
