What is the Crossbeam tab in Salesforce?
The Crossbeam SFDC Iframe is an embedded view (called iframe), or tab, that brings Crossbeam features—Deal Navigator and the Performance Dashboard—directly in your Salesforce environment.
This means you don’t need to leave Salesforce to leverage Crossbeam’s ecosystem intelligence data.
✍️ Note
The Crossbeam tab in Salesforce will be available on June 10th to Supernode users with the Salesforce Custom Object enabled.
To upgrade your account, visit the Plan & Billing page.
What features can I see on the Iframe?
The Crossbeam tab displays two tools:
1. Deal Navigator:
A table view of open opportunities that overlap with your partners’ customers. It helps users focus on the most promising deals and partnerships.
Sales managers and individual sellers can enhance sales efficiency by leveraging Ecosystem Intelligence to prioritize deals and surface key partner insights. Learn more.
2. The Performance dashboard tab:
Designed to measure and maximize the impact of ecosystem-led initiatives.
This data-driven dashboard helps your team to:
Measure ecosystem coverage on open opportunities
Analyze ecosystem influence on closed deals
Track team engagement with Crossbeam data

How to Setup the Crossbeam tab in Salesforce
In Salesforce Lightning:
Go to Setup → App Manager
Find your Sales app and click Edit
In the Navigation Items section, add the Crossbeam tab (this is where the iframe will live)
Save your changes
In Salesforce Classic:
Click the + icon in your tab bar
Select Customize My Tabs
Choose your current app from the dropdown
Add the Crossbeam tab to your visible tabs
Save
This will ensure Deal Navigator and the Performance Dashboard are easily accessible directly within your team's workspace.
