Introduction

This release helps you get more value from partner data more efficiently. New features improve CRM enrichment, unlock smarter insights, and boost pipeline generation. Two new beta features, Managed Offline Partners and Crossbeam AI Chat, give you even more ways to access insights and take action with your data.


New Features

  • Generate Pipeline in Deal Navigator

    • Description: This feature within Deal Navigator helps you uncover high-potential leads by surfacing a prioritized list of top prospects.

    • Benefit: Jumpstart pipeline with warm, high-fit leads from partner data. Uncover net-new accounts, refine targeting, and accelerate conversions.

  • Partner Field Mapping (Supernode plan & Enterprise plan only)

    • Description: You can now map custom fields shared by your partners in Crossbeam directly to Salesforce or HubSpot. This update allows you to sync unique partner data into your CRM, enriching the context available to your sales team.

    • Benefit: Gain a more complete picture of your prospects by enriching your CRM and enabling more personalized outreach, smarter targeting, and stronger win rates.

  • Crossbeam AI Chat (beta)

    • Decription: Crossbeam AI Chat is your in-app assistant for partner data. Ask questions and get instant, personalized answers based on your ecosystem, CRM, and Crossbeam playbooks.

    • Benefit: Answer questions, take action, and move deals forward without leaving your workflow.

  • Managed offline Partners (beta)

    • Description: See account overlaps with key partners using trusted public data, even if they’re not on Crossbeam.

    • Benefit: Gain valuable ecosystem insights and accelerate time-to-value with no partner invite required.
