This release includes updates that improve how you access and manage ecosystem data. New ecosystem signals via API and Webhook, smarter matching, and enhanced Population type filters increase accuracy and control. You can now view pipeline metrics in the Performance Dashboard, and create custom Populations for Offline Partners for greater flexibility. Managed Offline Partners now identifies overlaps with partners who aren’t on Crossbeam, such as Salesforce, AWS, and more. Additionally, the new MCP Server provides AI-friendly access to Crossbeam’s Ecosystem Intelligence, making trusted partner data instantly available for AI agents, copilots, and automated GTM workflows.

Crossbeam AI Chat
Description: Crossbeam AI Chat is your in-app assistant for partner data. Ask questions and get instant, personalized answers based on your ecosystem, CRM, and Crossbeam playbooks.
Benefit: Answer questions, take action like creating reports, and move deals forward without leaving your workflow.
Ecosystem Signals via API & Webhook (Supernode plan & Enterprise plan only)
Description: Signals deliver real-time, event-based ecosystem data directly to your systems or internal tools.
Benefit: You can now access signals, partner-driven events that surface key moments across your ecosystem. By making these signals available in real time, your teams can act on partner activity the moment it happens.
Managed Offline Partners (public data)
Description: Managed Offline Partners lets you discover overlaps with key ecosystem players, such as Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, even if they aren’t on Crossbeam. These partners are represented in the app using trusted, third-party data curated by Crossbeam, helping you prioritize outreach and uncover insights.
Benefit: Access partner data instantly without any setup or involvement from the partners themselves. Identify hidden opportunities with top ecosystem players to make more informed and strategic decisions.
Smarter Matching
Description: Smarter Matching improves how Crossbeam identifies overlaps by going beyond just domains and names. This update leverages multiple attributes, including DUNS, phone numbers, and marketplaces, to provide more accurate matches.
Benefit: Increase confidence in your ecosystem insights with more accurate matches and fewer errors from duplicates or incomplete data.
Population Types (Paid plans only)
Description: Population Types let you assign a type—customers, open opportunities, or prospects—to any custom Population, so Crossbeam accurately recognizes and your data flows into all the right places across the platform. The Account Mapping Matrix will now reflect those types.
Benefit: Ensure all relevant data shows up in tools like Deal Navigator, get more accurate counts and insights, and maintain consistency across segmented Populations.
Custom Populations for Offline Partners (Paid plans only)
Description: Custom Populations for Offline Partners let you organize and segment target accounts for partners who aren’t on Crossbeam, making management and analysis easier.
