The Four Stages of the Crossbeam Enablement Journey

Stage 1: Pre-Enablement

Two 30-minute scoping call focused on understanding team goals, workflows, and success criteria.
This step ensures the enablement session is tailored to the team’s use cases and objectives.

Stage 2: Live Enablement

Learn and Apply

A 45-minute customized training for the team.
This session provides hands-on instruction and practical examples designed around the workflows and outcomes identified in the scoping call.

Stage 3: Growth Weeks + Reflection Weeks
