Team Enablement

What it is:
Customized platform training for your team. We tailor the session to your workflows, use cases, and objectives to rapidly upskill your team on targeted topics.

Includes:

  • One 30-minute scoping session with your Crossbeam champions to review your training needs and content focus.

  • 45-minute enablement session recording for your team to reference later.

Who:
Choose one specific team per session:

  • Partnerships team

  • Platform Admins

  • End-user teams: Sales, CSMs, Marketing, or Leadership

Capacity: Up to 30 participants per session.

Dedicated Office Hours

What it is:
Recurring live group enablement sessions for:

  • New users ramping up

  • Existing users needing a refresher

Multiple sessions mean end users can attend at a time that works for them—or return for refreshers.

Includes:

  • 45-minute Dedicated Office Hours session.

What it is:
