you will be able to review the data in a preview window before creating the Population
Pre-Applied Filters
When creating a new Standard Population (Customer, Open Opportunities, Prospects), Crossbeam will recommend filters to define your Population quickly to align with best practices for overlaps.
These filters are based on your connected CRM and the fields you've synced, serving as a baseline for that Population type.
Example: For a Customer Population in Salesforce, Crossbeam might auto-apply
Stage = Closed WonorAccount Type = Customeras default filtersA tooltip will display next to each filter shows why it was suggested
You can edit, remove, or add filters at anytime
click Apply Filters when done
If needed, sync additional fields to assist with population building

In Crossbeam, there are three Sharing Setting options:
Overlap counts: You won’t share any account-level details. Partners will only see how many accounts you have in common.
great way to vet your partner overlap before sharing data
Share overlaps: Only accounts that overlap with your partners will be shared.
control the data sets you share with partners out of the gate
Share all: All accounts will be shared — including both overlapping accounts and non-overlapping accounts (Greenfield sharing).
