Partner Invitations (beta)

Partner Invitations helps teams upload a target partner list, send invitations at scale, and track invitation status from a single workspace.

Written by Joy Rudnick

Overview

Partner Invitations helps you identify, organize, and invite prospective partners on Crossbeam. Upload a partner wishlist via CSV, send invitations individually or in bulk, and track invitation status from a single workspace.

Instead of managing partner outreach in spreadsheets, you can maintain a centralized list of target partners, see which companies are already on Crossbeam, and monitor the status of every invitation.

Requirements

  • Plan availability: Available on all plans (Explorer, Connector, and Supernode).

How to Upload a Partner Wishlist

  • Navigate to PartnersInvitations from the left-hand navigation

  • Click Upload Wishlist

  • Upload a CSV file containing the companies you want to invite

  • Include the following columns:

    • Company Name

    • Domain

    • Contact Email Addresses (optional)

Click Add to Wishlist.

✍️ Note

The CSV template to download is available to download from the Upload Wishlist modal.

Invite Partners

After uploading your wishlist, Crossbeam automatically identifies which companies are already on Crossbeam and which are not.

  • Select the partners you want to invite

  • Click Actions → Bulk Invite

You can send a maximum of 100 invitations per bulk invite action.

Track Partner Status

The Invitations page displays the status of the partner wishlist.

Status

Description

Not Invited

The company has been added to your wishlist but has not yet been invited.

Pending

Accepted

The partner has accepted the invitation and joined Crossbeam.

Declined

When a company on your wishlist joins Crossbeam, you will receive an in-app notification and email so you can connect with them right away.

Manage Your Wishlist

Use the Invitations page to:

  • Filter your wishlist by Crossbeam account, owner, invite status, or partner tags

  • Adjust your view by clicking column headers to sort and reorder the list

  • Assign an owner to any partner directly from the list

  • Bulk remove partners by checking the boxes next to them, clicking the Actions button, and selecting Remove
