Crossbeam Product Release Notes 06/17/26

Written by Joy Rudnick

Introduction

For this release, we're expanding how teams connect, access, and act on ecosystem data. Databricks is now available as both a data source and integration, giving teams more flexibility in how they bring ecosystem data into their workflows. Opportunity Signals surface partner insights directly within your open opportunities, while enhancements to Lists make it easier to filter, share, and collaborate on account data. This release also introduces Partner Invitations (beta), new Crossbeam MCP capabilities for Glean, and expanded Audit Log events to support security and compliance monitoring.

New Features and Improvements

  • Opportunity Signals (Supernode plan & Enterprise plan only)

    • Description: Opportunity Signals surface partner-driven insights—such as shared contacts, overlapping accounts, and co-sell context—directly within your open opportunities.

    • Benefit: Sellers can act on ecosystem data immediately, without leaving their pipeline workflow.

  • Databricks as a Data Source (all plans)

    • Description: Databricks is now supported as a data source in Crossbeam, allowing teams to connect and sync data directly from their Databricks environment.

    • Benefit: Teams with data in Databricks can now power their partner ecosystem with that data without manual exports or intermediate pipelines.

  • Databricks Integration (Connector and Supernode Plans)

    • Description: The native Databricks integration enables automated, ongoing syncs between Databricks and Crossbeam, keeping your populations and account data current.

    • Benefit: Reduces manual data management and ensures your ecosystem insights are always based on fresh, accurate data.

  • Lists Updates (Connector, Supernode & Enterprise plans. Free plan users can view and contribute to Lists shared with them.)

    • Description: Users can now apply AND filter logic to existing filters on a Dynamically Shared List and share a List with their entire organization at once in addition to sharing per user.

    • Benefit: Teams can narrow their view of a shared List without affecting what others see, and list owners can share with their entire organization in one action.

  • Audit Log Updates (all plans)

    • Description: Audit logs now include login events (successful logins, failed logins) and logout events for all Crossbeam users.

    • Benefit: Admins have greater visibility into user access activity, supporting security monitoring and compliance requirements.

  • Partner Invitations (beta)

    • Description: Partner Invitations allows users to upload a list of targeted companies, send individual or bulk invitations, and track the invite status in one workspace.

    • Benefit: Teams can build out their ecosystem in days, automate, and centralize tracking invites in Crossbeam.

  • MCP Server New Capabilities (Limited Availability)

    • Description: Crossbeam MCP now supports Glean to securely connect Crossbeam ecosystem data to Glean Assistant and Glean Agents.

    • Benefit: Access partner insights, account context, and ecosystem recommendations directly in Glean to help teams move faster and make more informed decisions without switching between tools.

  • Crossbeam Deal Navigator Exports (Connector and Supernode Plans)

    • Description: Users can now export Lists directly from Deal Navigator, making it easier to distribute records and route opportunities to the appropriate sales reps.

    • Benefit: Teams can take action on ecosystem insights outside of Crossbeam and streamline territory assignment and follow-up workflows.
