Overview
When you invite a partner to Crossbeam, Crossbeam's Partner Activation team can be copied (cc'ed) on the invite automatically. This gives them visibility to proactively reach out and help your invited partner get set up faster.
This option only appears when you're inviting a contact whose organization isn't already a paying Crossbeam customer.

How It Works
Navigate to Partners from the left-hand navigation
Click +Invite Partner
Search for your partner or copy your invite link as usual
If your partner's organization isn't already a paying Crossbeam customer, you'll see “Help your partner get started faster"
Toggle ON to CC our Partner Activation team
Click Invite
Crossbeam's Partner Activation team (partnersactivation@crossbeam.com) is visibly cc'd on the invite email your partner receives, along with a line explaining who they are and why they're there. A Crossbeam team member will then reach out directly to help your partner get onboarded.
✍️ Note
This option doesn't appear when inviting a partner organization that's already a paying Crossbeam customer.
