Activity Notifications are a quick and easy way to know exactly what is happening in your Crossbeam account.
Where to Find Activity Notifications
The left-side Navigation menu includes actions you can take within Crossbeam to manage partnerships and data sharing. Locate and click on the Activity icon to see notifications displayed in your workspace. A small dot will appear on the Activity icon when new notifications are available.
Types of Notifications
Partner Invites and Requests
Click on the Blue Dot next to the notification or click Mark All as Read to track the read from the unread notifications. Click the button inside the notification row to take action on the activity.
Turn Notifications On or Off
Notifications can be changed in two locations:
Profiles and Preferences: Click on your Avatar, select Profiles and Preferences, edit your notifications, and finalize the changes by clicking Save Changes.
Saved Reports: Click on the Mapping icon, locate the Notifications column on the table of Save Reports. Click on the bell icon in the report row to open a pop-up to edit the settings. Remove or add emails or connect the notification to Slack. Click the Save Preferences button and return to the Saved Reports workspace.
