Setting the Sharing Defaults

From the left-side Navigation Menu, click on the Data icon. Select Populations from the dropdown options, and your workspace will display the Populations area. Locate the Sharing Setting area within a Population row and click on the pencil icon to easily adjust your sharing settings anytime.

You will also be prompted to set default sharing settings for each new Population you create.

Sharing Setting Options

In Crossbeam, there are three Sharing Setting options:

  • Overlap counts: You wonโ€™t share any account-level details. Partners will only see how many accounts you have in common.

  • Share overlaps: Only accounts that overlap with your partners will be shared.

  • Share all: All accounts will be shared โ€” including both overlapping accounts and non-overlapping ones.

    • Learn more about non-overlapping accounts (Greenfield) in this article here.
