📚 Already have a HubSpot Legacy integration installed? Follow the Uninstall steps below.

Ready to start fresh, skip to the below install steps.

Uninstalling the Current HubSpot Integration

First, you’ll need to uninstall your existing HubSpot Integration. To do this, click the “...” icon on the right side of the integration card. Then select “Remove Integration”.

Removing Existing Records

Next, you’ll need to clear out all of the existing records Crossbeam has pushed into HubSpot. The new integration will push new copies of these records once it is running.

NOTE: Any workflows or reports you have built with these objects will continue to work once we start pushing the new records.

Instructions for deleting these records can be found here. You’ll want to delete all records for the Custom Object called “Crossbeam Overlaps”. Note: Users must have Bulk Delete permission to delete multiple records.

✍️ Note

This integration is available for paying Crossbeam customers on the Connector or Supernode plan. To install, you must have a HubSpot Marketing Hub - Professional license to send Crossbeam data to contact lists. A HubSpot Sales Hub - Enterprise license is required to create the HubSpot custom object.

If applicable, after you have completed the pre-install steps, you can begin to install the integration. On the Integrations page, there is an integration called HubSpot Outbound V2 . Click Install and follow the instructions in the pop-up modals.

❗️Important

Initial Record Exports will contribute to the overall Record Export Limits.

Prior to initiating Record Exports, it's crucial to assess and potentially reduce the number of Populations, as having too many Populations can quickly surpass the Record Export Limits.

Crossbeam data metering will cap your Record Exports at 100% of the data limit based on the account plan.

HubSpot Contact Lists

From the reports you selected above, relevant overlaps will automatically be sent and saved within associated lists in HubSpot.

Your contact lists will appear in HubSpot with the same naming convention as your reports in Crossbeam, with a "Crossbeam" appended to the title for easy identification.

Please note, all overlaps that are present in associated contact lists will be updated in real-time, removing stale overlaps and surfacing new records. Corresponding campaigns are kept highly targeted, relevant and accurate.

That's it! Now, your marketing team can use these lists to build and deliver highly targeted co-marketing campaigns.

  • Need to test?
