What are Record Exports?

Record Exports allow users to transfer enriched data from Crossbeam, gathered through account mapping activities, and transfer it to external platforms, such as data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), integrations, and CRMs for further analysis.

Each record is counted once per subscription term, regardless of the number of integrations, destinations, partners, or overlaps. Even if a record undergoes multiple updates within that subscription term, it still counts only once.

✍️ Note

Slack Integration, all Crossbeam Copilots, Crossbeam for Sales are excluded from the Record Export limits.

  • Updating and/or deleting current CSV or Google Sheet data will not count as new records

  • If you delete a CSV or Google Sheet and later upload the same CSV or Google Sheet, this will count as a new CSV or Google sheet data, and will be counted as new records

    • Learn more about report filters here & default Account Mapping Reports here

  • Adjust Integration Settings: Set up and maintain integration settings by choosing which records to send to external tools

    • You can modify partners and Populations to export for each integration in the Integration Settings

  • Utilize Crossbeam Copilot: Copilot delivers Crossbeam insights directly to your GTM teams in the tools you use most, helping you avoid unnecessary Record Exports

  • Leverage the Account Mapping Matrix: The Account Mapping Matrix is designed to provide quick insights directly from your Crossbeam account without exporting any records

  • Diversify your Data Sources: Build Populations using CRM data and use CSV files as data sources only when necessary

    • Remember, each row in a new CSV is considered a new record, even if the account was exported before
