PartnerStack Integration

The PartnerStack integration helps bridge the gap between account mapping and partnership relationship management.

PartnerStack's comprehensive partner ecosystem platform is designed to empower companies to boost their partnership-generated revenue. The integration of Crossbeam and PartnerStack helps users seamlessly connect account mapping with partner relationship management. With this integration, users can:

  • Identify valuable partnership opportunities

  • Easily refer leads from Crossbeam to PartnerStack

  • Monitor the progress of these leads directly within PartnerStack

  • Automatically compensate partners for closed-won deals

✍️ Note

PartnerStack Integration is only available on the Connector Plan and Supernode Plan. To upgrade your account, visit the Plan & Billing page.


❗️Important

User must be a PartnerStack Admin to complete the installation in Crossbeam.


Connect PartnerStack

To install PartnerStack:

  • Click the Data icon and select Integrations from the side panel

  • Next, locate the PartnerStack tile from the Available Integrations section

  • Click Install to start the process

Click Connect to Crossbeam when prompted by the PartnerStack authorization page to complete the installation. Your Reports and Shared Lists will not display a new private Column for PartnerStack.


Access PartnerStack in Crossbeam

Reports

From the Mapping icon, click the Create Report button or open a Saved Report.

Once in an open report, it will now include a private column labeled PartnerStack.

Locate a lead you want to send to PartnerStack from the table. Click the Refer Lead button. After clicking the button, select a Partner from the drop-down options and complete the required fields in the pop-up.

Once the Refer Leads information is complete, click Submit Lead and the information will be sent to PartnerStack.

After submitting the lead, the PartnerStack column will now display the date the Lead was sent to PartnerStack to complete the deal cycle.

Activity Timeline

Once a lead has been submitting to PartnerStack, Crossbeam will add this information to the Individual Record Activity Timeline. To access this information, click the record Name in the Report or Shared List with the PartnerStack Referred Lead. This will open the Individual Record, select Timeline from the side panel to see the Activity Timeline, here you will see the date and time the lead was sent to PartnerStack.

Shared Lists

The PartnerStack column, is also located in Shared List. To find Shared Lists, navigate to the Collab icon on the side menu. Once in the Collaborate workspace, click on a Shared List to open it. You will see the private PartnerStack column in the table, click the Refer Lead button to set partner info to PartnerStack. After clicking the button, select a Partner from the drop-down options and complete the required fields in the pop-up.

Once the Refer Leads information is complete, click Submit Lead and the information will be sent to PartnerStack.

After submitting the lead, the PartnerStack column will now display the date the Lead was sent to PartnerStack to complete the deal cycle.


Manage Integration

Click the Data icon and select Integrations from the side panel. Next, locate the PartnerStack row under the Installed Integrations section.

This row displays if the integration is Active. Click the View App button to be redirected to PartnerStack, or click the three dots to reauthorize or to delete the integration.
