Introduction
This minor release brings several workflow and usability improvements across Crossbeam. Account Mapping Reports now feature streamlined navigation, an updated UI, and easier collaboration, creating a more scalable and cohesive mapping experience that is the first step in building our powerful new Lists system. You’ll also see new metrics in the Performance Dashboard’s Team tab, Crossbeam Managed Offline Partners are now part of the onboarding workflow, and we have redesigned the Population Builder Modal. In addition, we’ve updated the suggested partners logic to improve the quality of partner recommendations in Crossbeam. With this release, we’re laying the groundwork for many exciting platform enhancements in 2026!
New Improvements
Population Builder Modal
Description: This update introduces a larger modal for creating or editing a Population, with an expanded and more detailed record preview to review before finalizing your Population.
Benefit: This redesign makes it easier to review records, validate your data, and navigate Population management with confidence and context.
Managed Offline Partners Onboarding
Description: Managed Offline Partners are now included in the onboarding process, these partners, such as Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, are immediately available after completing the onboarding process.
Benefit: This update helps users start mapping and identifying valuable overlaps sooner while they build out their partner ecosystem in Crossbeam.
Account Mapping Reports Redesign
Description: The redesigned reports include a single reports page, private-by-default report creation, updated access roles and sharing options, a cleaner UI with clearer overlap details, and built-in Notes for internal collaboration.
Benefit: These updates make reports easier to navigate and more collaborative, while also aligning the design with other key features across the platform.
Performance Dashboard Team Metrics
Description: The Team tab has new expanded metrics to better explore team engagement and how they impact your ecosystem, including total activities, activity types with breakdowns by user and opportunity owner.
Benefit: Teams can quickly see overall usage, spot trends, and identify opportunity owners who may benefit from having a Crossbeam seat.
Updated Logic for Suggested Partners
Description: Suggested Partners now use Crossbeam and Partnerbase signals to refine results and improve partner discovery.
Benefit: Teams get faster, more actionable recommendations to grow their ecosystem.
