Introduction

This release makes it easier to find, organize, and act on your partner ecosystem data. The redesigned Lists experience provides a single, flexible view for account mapping and collaboration, while navigation updates create a more intuitive workflow. Additional improvements enhance Salesforce data, identity management, and richer ecosystem signals, giving you clearer visibility into partner-influenced pipeline and more targeted account actions.

This release includes beta features designed to improve sharing and collaboration as we continue to enhance Crossbeam tools.


New Features and Improvements

  • New Lists Experience

    • Description: Account Mapping Reports have been redesigned into the new Lists experience, providing a unified, flexible way to create, manage, and collaborate on account overlaps across your partner ecosystem.

    • Benefit: Lists make it easier to organize, share, and act on ecosystem insights by keeping account data dynamically updated and accessible in one central workspace.

  • Account Mapping List

    • Description: The Account Mapping List is a dynamic, filterable view that shows all account overlaps across your entire partner ecosystem in one centralized List.

    • Benefit: It helps teams quickly prioritize the right accounts, collaborate in context, and take action on ecosystem data.

  • New Navigation

    • Description: Updated navigation to prioritize key features and added dedicated navigation entries for Search, AI Chat, and Pipeline Generation.

    • Benefit: Faster and more intuitive experience to find core workflows and act on partner data without switching sections or context.

  • Product Line Sync (Supernode plan & Enterprise plan only)

    • Description: This update brings product line data into Crossbeam at the opportunity level.

    • Benefit: This enables more precise partner prioritization, clearer whitespace identification, and more targeted co-sell motions.

  • In-app SCIM Update (Supernode plan & Enterprise plan only)

    • Description: Added in-app SCIM provisioning setup in Crossbeam, allowing admins to generate a SCIM token and manage provisioning requirements directly from organization settings.

    • Benefit: Simplifies SCIM configuration by letting teams complete and control setup in Crossbeam before connecting their identity provider.

  • Expanded Ecosystem Signals (Supernode plan & Enterprise plan only)

    • Description: Expanded Ecosystem Signals now include contact-level details, showing which partner-shared contacts are associated with an Opportunity Created or Opportunity Closed Won signal and their role in the deal.

    • Benefit: Sellers can quickly see who matters in a partner-influenced deal and engage the right stakeholders faster.

  • External Sharing via Lists (beta)

    • Description: External Sharing in Lists lets you securely share a saved List with a partner while controlling which columns and data they can see or edit.

    • Benefit: Partners can collaborate safely and stay informed on shared accounts without exposing sensitive information.

  • Sharing Hub (beta)

    • Description: The new Sharing Hub lets you view, manage, and update sharing settings for Populations and Partners all in one place.

    • Benefit: Easily control and customize sharing at scale, improving collaboration while keeping data accurate and secure.
