Overview
Request Data lets you ask a partner to share specific population data with you directly from Crossbeam. Use this when your partner isn't sharing fields you need (for example, account owner contact info) so you can collaborate without going outside the platform.
How to Request Shared Data
Click Partners from the left-hand navigation and select Partner List from the dropdown
Click a partner name to open the Partner Detail page
Click Settings
In the modal, click Shared with You to review current sharing
Click Request Data next to the population you want
Add an optional message and click Send Request
Your partner will receive an in-app notification and an email (if they have email notifications enabled) of you submit a request.
What Happens Next?
Your partner can review and respond to your request. To track the status of your outgoing requests:
Click Partners from the left-hand navigation and select Pending Requests
Filter the list to Share Requests
The email notification will look like this:
