Create Partner Tags to identify, organize, and manage partners in Crossbeam.

Add Partner Tags
On the Partners area locate the partner you want to Tag.
Click the gray Plus Sign under the Tags column
In the Tags box type a new Tag or select from previously used Tags and click Save
Add Tags to Partners Detail Area
Additionally, Tags can be found on the Partners Detail area.
Click on a partner to open the Partners Detail area
Click Add Tags if there are no Tags or add more Tags by clicking the Pencil Icon
Select a Tag from the dropdown menu or enter a new Tag and click Save
Add Multiple Partners to a Tag
On the Partners area click the Filter button
Click the Ellipses next to a Tag and click Add to Partners
In the dropdown menu select the Partners or type in the Partner name and click Save
Edit or Delete Partner Tags
On the Partners area click the Filter button
Click the Ellipses next to the Tag and edit Tag or click the red Delete button to remove a Tag

Editing or deleting a Tag will change the Tag across every Partner with that Tag.
Filter Partner Tags
Once you've added Tags to your Partners, you can filter the view on the Partners area.
There are two ways to filter Tags:
1. Quickly filter Tags by clicking directly on a Tag
2. Click on the Filter button
There are two options within the filter
Filtering functionality includes both "AND" and "OR" filters. If you select "AND" filters, the Partners list will only show Partners that have every Tag you selected. If you select "OR" filters, the Partners list will show Partners that have at least one of the Tags you selected.

Here a few suggested Tags:
Partner Type - Segment technology, agency, referral, reseller, solution, platform, and strategic partners.
Tier - Prioritize co-marketing and co-selling motions with your top tier partners
Partner Account Manager - View partners assigned to you or other partner managers on your team
Geographic Region - Identify local, regional, or global partners
Lifecycle Stage - Keep track of partners' progression through lifecycle stages so you can signal to your internal teams when partners are "Go-To-Market Ready."
Partner Status - Identify active vs inactive partners so you know where to focus your time and resources.
Specialization - Organize partners by their specialization (e.g. software development, media, PR, e-commerce, Video Production, Web Design,).
