How to Use the Partner List and Partner Detail Page

Explore your data overlaps with a specific partner and dive deeper into the data segments on Crossbeam.

Partners List Overview

The My Partners workspace gives you a comprehensive view of all your active partnerships. From here, you can quickly assess and manage key details for each partner.

  • +Add Partner: Click Add Partner button to invite a new partner to Crossbeam

  • View Options: Toggle between list and grid views using the icons in the top right

  • Search Bar: Quickly locate specific partners by name

  • Sort the View: Reorder partners by Name, Populations, Overlaps, Potential Revenue, or Partnered Date.

  • Filters: Apply filters to narrow down your list based on tags

Each partner row displays:

  • Overlaps: Hover over the number to see additional information

  • Potential Revenue: Shows the calculated value of open opportunities linked to shared accounts

  • Tags: Click a tag to filter by it, or click the pencil icon to add/remove tags

  • Partnered Date: Indicates when the partnership was established

To see more information, simply click on a partner's name.


The Partners Detail Page

From the My Partner list, click directly on a Partner name to open the Partner Detail Page.

  • View detailed data on Populations and Overlaps

  • See metrics related to Potential Revenue and shared opportunities

  • View Shared Lists with Partner

  • Review Shared With You Data and request data from the partner

This page helps you manage each relationship more strategically by providing a deeper look into partner performance and engagement.

On the left-side column of the Partner Detail Page, you’ll see a quick overview of the partner, including:

You can also remove the partner by clicking the Delete Partner button at the bottom of this section.

Partner Impact

Partner Impact shows a summary of closed opportunities with this partner, including:

  • Win Rate

  • Opportunity Size

  • Time to Close

Partner Impact is also denoted on the left column as High, Medium, or Low tiers to help you quickly assess partner performance and identify where to focus your efforts.

Account Mapping Matrix

In the matrix, your Populations appear in the left column and your partner’s across the top—Standard Populations first, followed by Custom Populations. Use the arrows to scroll through additional Custom Populations.

Click any overlap count box to view a detailed report.

You can toggle between two views:

  • Total Overlaps – A count of shared accounts between your Populations and your partner’s

  • Potential Revenue – The value of open opportunities tied to those overlaps

Use this data to evaluate partner potential, prioritize collaborations, and support investment decisions.
