FAQs

Is my data safe?
We obfuscate PII data sent to the LLM so that there are no PII / GDPR concerns. No data sent can be used by the LLM provider, so it’s not unlike many other services we use that touch customer data in some way.

How do we choose which play and partner is shown first?
We prioritize the plays based on their level of impact. For example, if a partner has recently won the account, we will prioritize them in the recommended plays so that you can leverage the timing.

What happens when I click on thumbs up or down?
The product team gathers all feedbacks on this feature, and it will help use improve it in the future.

What happens when I click regenerate?
A new play is generated by leveraging a different partner or another contact within the same partner organization if they are the only eligible option. Additionally, the play suggests various approaches for engaging with them.
