What is the Account Mapping Pass?
Account Mapping Passes are included within our Supernode and Enterprise packages, enabling customers to grant full Account Mapping capabilities and overlap visibility with their Free partners. Once unlocked, Free partners can view complete overlaps with that Supernode or Enterprise customer, as well as the ability to export up to 100 records at a time. Free customers can easily see which of their Partners have provided the Account Mapping Pass within key areas in Crossbeam.

Participation in the Account Mapping Pass program allows Crossbeam to share aggregated insights with the accounts that provide you with Account Mapping Passes. This includes details about your partnership and engagement with Crossbeam.
How does the Account Mapping Pass work?
Supernode & Enterprise Plans
Starting March 4th, 2025, Supernode and Enterprise customers will automatically have the Account Mapping Pass included within their existing Crossbeam plans.
The Account Mapping Pass grants full Account Mapping access to all Free partners, including new Free partners added in the future.
Free partners can export up to 100 records at a time.
The pass will be automatically distributed to all existing Free partners on March 4th, 2025.
Supernode and Enterprise customers can view their unlocked Account Mapping Passes on the Billing page in Crossbeam.
Free Explorer Plan
The Account Mapping Pass unlocks full Account Mapping access with a specific Supernode or Enterprise partner.
Free Explorer users can export up to 100 records at a time, but only with the partner that granted them the pass.
Free users can receive multiple Account Mapping Passes from different Supernode or Enterprise partners.
Free Explorer customers will see Account Mapping Pass badges in select areas of the Crossbeam platform, indicating they have full Account Mapping access with that partner.

What do I need to do to activate the Account Mapping Pass?
Nothing, this is an automatic functionality included within the Supernode and Enterprise plans. This unlocks full Account Mapping functionality with Free partners.
What happens if I’m a Supernode or Enterprise customer and my Free plan partner has an Account Mapping Pass?
If an organization on the Free plan has an Account Mapping Pass via a Supernode or Enterprise partner, the Free account will have full visibility of the Account Mapping results and can export up to 100 records.
If I’m a Supernode or Enterprise customer, can I choose which of my Free partners has an Account Mapping Pass?
No. By default, all Free partners of any Supernode or Enterprise customer will receive an Account Mapping Pass from that partner and have access to the functionality included.
If I’m on the Free plan, can I request an Account Mapping Pass?
No. By default, all Free partners of any Supernode or Enterprise customer will receive an Account Mapping Pass from that partner and have access to the functionality included. Account Mapping Passes are only an available feature on our Supernode or Enterprise plans.
If I’m on the Connector plan, can I purchase or add on an Account Mapping Pass for my Free partners?
No. Account Mapping Passes are only an available feature on our Supernode or Enterprise plans.
