Delete, Duplicate, or Export a Report

How to Delete a Report

Click on Mapping from the navigation bar, select Saved Reports from the dropdown options.

  • Locate the Report Name you want to delete from the table by using the search bar

  • At the end of the Report row you will see three dots, click on the dots to see a dropdown menu

  • Click Delete Report

A pop-up window will ask you if you are sure you want to delete the report. Click Yes, Delete to permanently remove the report.


How to Duplicate a Report

Navigate to the Saved Reports workspace and locate the Report you want to duplicate.

  • At the right of the Report row you will see three dots

  • Click on the dots to locate the Duplicate Report option

  • Click Duplicate Report

  • After clicking Duplicate Report, a pop-up modal will prompt you to edit the Report name

  • Click Save a Copy


How to Export a Report

Exporting Reports – Explorer Plan Changes

Effective March 4, 2025, the Free Explorer plan will no longer support report exports.


‼️ Important: If you were a Free Explorer customer before March 4, 2025, you’ll keep your current export functionality until July 1, 2025.


Still need exports? If your partner is a Supernode or Enterprise customer, you will automatically receive an Account Mapping Pass, which allows you to export up to 100 records. Click here to learn more.

❗️Important

The initial Record Export when setting up an integration will also count towards the Record Export limit for your account.

Crossbeam Record Exports can be monitored here. Once you hit the Export Limit, Crossbeam insights will stop flowing into external tools.

✍️ Note

The Record Exports permission is set to Enabled by default for users. If you want to restrict record exports, you'll need to manually change this setting to No Access by editing the Record Export permission.


To export a report, navigate to the Saved Reports workspace and locate the report you want to export.

  • At the right of the Report row you will see three dots

  • click on the dots to locate the Export option

  • Click Export

  • After clicking the Export button, you will see the following message:

In several minutes, you will receive an email from Crossbeam with the link to access the exported report.
