Understanding Plan & Billing in Crossbeam

Overview

The Plan & Billing workspace is where you manage your Crossbeam subscription, seats, and payment details. Navigate here to view your current plan, upgrade, or connect with your Account Success Manager or the support team for changes that require additional support.


Plan Availability

Self-serve options are available on Free and Connector plans. For Supernode and Enterprise, reach out to your Account Success Manager. You can also contact support@crossbeam.com at any time with questions about your plan or billing needs.

Navigate to Plan and Billing

From the left-side Navigation menu, click the Settings icon and click on Plan & Billing.

From here you can view your current plan, explore other plans, see the renewal date, see assigned seats (if available), and see billing details.

Manage Your Plan

Upgrade your plan

  • Navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing.

  • Locate your target plan column.

    • Upgrading to Connector: Click Upgrade to Connector and complete the prompts

    • Upgrading to Supernode or Enterprise: Click Talk to Sales. A sales representative will reach out within 24 business hours.


Manage Your Seats

Add seats

(Connector plan only)

  • Navigate to Settings > Manage seats

  • Click Invite User if you are at your max; you will be prompted to purchase more seats

  • Finalize by clicking Pay Now

For seat changes on Supernode or Enterprise plans, contact your Account Success Manager or reach out to the support team.


Cancel Your Plan

To cancel your plan, contact your Account Success Manager or reach out to the support team.
