Overview
Deleting a partner permanently removes the partnership and all associated shared data. Before deleting, consider whether adjusting your sharing settings is a better fit. This way, you can reduce or restrict what you share without removing the partner entirely.
Delete a Partner
❗️Important
Deleting a partner is permanent and cannot be undone. All data shared between you and this partner will be removed.
Open the Partner Detail Page
Click the Settings button
Locate and click Delete Partnership
In the pop-up, type DELETE to confirm
Click Delete Partner
Alternatives to Deleting
If you want to limit access without fully removing the partnership, consider these options instead:
Adjust sharing settings for this partner: change the sharing level to Counts Only or Hidden for specific Populations to reduce what the partner can see
Use Sharing Field Presets: control which specific fields are visible to a partner without changing the overall sharing level.
