What is the Crossbeam Salesforce Widget

The Full Widget is your companion while viewing accounts in Salesforce. See which Partners overlap with a specific Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity.

From the listed Partners you can quickly locate the Partners who have the account in their Customers Population if you see the label Customers highlighted in orange with a star. Additionally, you can see the custom Partner Tags from Crossbeam for each Partner.

View detailed information your partner shares with you directly in Salesforce by clicking on View next to the partner you want to view data for.

How to Sort Partners

Custom Partner Sorting lets you decide which partners you want to appear at the top of your Salesforce widget. The default sorting view can be set to alphabetical order (A to Z or Z to A) or customized. To change the sorting view in the Widget:

  • Open the Crossbeam Settings by clicking on the gear icon.

  • In the pop-up window click on Partner Sort Settings tab.

  • Find the partners you want to prioritize in your view and click the Pencil icon.

    • In the box to the left of the Pencil icon, you will be able to type in a numerical position for the selected partner.

  • Click the Save icon to the right of the Pencil icon and close the Setting page.

Now, reload the main page to see the updated sorting view.

Additionally, you can change the default sorting view in the Full Widget by clicking the arrow button to open the drop-down menu. Here you can select Sort A-Z, Sort Z-A, or Sort Default which will refer back to the configuration in the Crossbeam Sorting Partners Setting.
